Overwatch Open Beta Early Access ?????

hey all, im thinking of Preorder the game OverWatch, on there site it says the "Open Beta Early Access" will be available on the 3th of may, (i live in denmark -GMT +2) can i get to expect that i will be able to play it at 00:00 sunday (12:00AM)

my question is, will it be released on 3th may at 00:00 (12:00am) for every timezone?

does anybody know anything about this?
