Find my flash game?

Help! many years ago, back when I was an avid flash gamer, I played a game where the graphics were like vector graphics on an old arcade machine. It was played a lot like galaga, but you designed and built your ship. It was on onemorelevel.com for sure, but it might be elsewhere. please help, I gotta find this game!

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

there was a game like that called galaxis online  that was a browser java/flashgame, you  built ships to  gather materials or rob the  other players ships  for their loot. but that game closed  and  went into  permanent development  but never got picked up again.

it wasn't online, it was completely singleplayer.
