Wifi card help

I just installed the gigabyte GC-WB867D-I Rev. 4.2 2x2 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2

i installed the drivers but Windows won't detect the card and won't let me connect to wifi

this wifi card is brand new

could it be dead?

please help any help is greatly appreciated

i can also post pictures if necessary

It just showed up but I got this error

hmmm, maybe try uninstall restarting the pc and reinstalling fresh drivers http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5660#dl

I got these errors when trying to reinstall drivers after I uninstalled them

okay you need to remove the device from the manager. Right click and select uninstall and delete saved drivers. then rerun the install package.

I uninstalled it from device manager and checked the box for delete saved drivers and I got this error

Not sure, reboot and try to  reinstall?

I rebooted 4-5 times and voilà it worked thank you very much for your help
