980 Ti Classified Overclocking

Here is my computers hardware which is pretty good http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LP9bFT so i'm not thinking its hardware but for some reason when i'm benchmarking my score is horrible!! help i don't know what i've done, Ive kept it cool as a cucumber and i have never touched Volts. Just core clock and memory

just to add i got this card last wednesday off newegg so i don't know if they can help me or not. i have notified them over email just in case.

okay i'm not sure if this helps anyone diagnose my problem but CPU-z say my core clock is set to 405 Mhz only.. and memory clock is set to 405 MHz as well. I'm so confused.

okay i figured out that it had forgetten its core clock and i needed to reset it to factory settings so it would remember them. it's back up to normal levels i think in Benchmarks
