Just got done installing a new Samsung 850 EVO and already have Windows 7 on it, I have been wondering if I should switch over to 10 soon. I mean it kinda shocks me Windows 7 is basically 7 years old. I have months to make this decision because the free upgrade is in-till July 29th. Are there actually any games out there right now that support DirectX 12? All I do on my rig is basically gaming, and I assume right now there arent any compatibility issues with games with Windows 10. So I would like to hear from you Windows 10 users that have used Windows 7 in the past, Do you like it as much as old 7?

Windows 10 has DirectX 12  support so later in the life of your gaming computer you'll see more performance improvements. However Windows 10 is only free until July 29th. Before you update though search up a video about how to turn off the privacy settings.

Id say go for it. Unless you run stuff only compatible with 7 I'd upgrade now and begin figuring out what you like and dislike about it. It is a slightly smoother experience in my opinion and although I did not like it at the start the simple tweaks and improvements made are actually pretty neat. Cortana can be fun and all together it isn't that much different. You will get used to it in no time. I give it a thumbs up. :)
