Laptop heat

DotComBubblegum

hi guys.

So i have an older (4 - 5 years) Dell Inspirion N5010 laptop and it has some issues with overheating. It is sitting on top of one of those laptop coolers, I have tried to applying new thermal paste on the GPU/CPU heat-sink, cleaned it out from all the dust inside and still it heats up like an oven.

These are my temps at idle (with only chrome open) and the noise even at idle is uncomfortably loud. http://imgur.com/nsNL5c7

Any suggestions?

Thanks
