Power Line Adapter?

So running cat5e cables turned out to be a real pain and I was thinking about just using my electrical system to run my connection through except I don't know anything about the technology other than that it is a wired connection via the electrical system. So... what model should I get that won't throttle my connection speeds?

You literally just plug em into an outlet and you're good to go :)
