I was wondering If their was a way to look up NVIDIA graphics cards or visually know what model they are. I just found a graphics card in an extra parts pile that I couldn't tell the model visually and was not sure if their was a standard way to do this. I'm aware I could plug it in and identify it but I was just wondering if theirs key things to look for to do it by sight or perhaps some sort of serial number look up online.

Thanks in advance!

yeah those oem 760's are a weird bunch. They have the same number of cuda cores as a regular GTX 760, but the memory layout of a 660/ti, without the additional 0.5GB of slow memory to make it a 2GB card.
