Hello everyone, so basically, my :Z drive keeps appearing and reappearing at random, it died down for a couple days but then it started doing so again.  It doesn't really seem to have a pattern, and it(usually) gets fixed by rebooting.

Specs:

Asus Z170 Maximus z170 Hero

Intel Core i5 6600k

EVGA gtx 970

EVGA 850 B2 PSU

(C: Drive) Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB

(Z: Drive) WD Red 2 TB Drive

Ive checked the SATA Connections, both drives are running from one sata power, so I dont know if that could be a problem.

Sata data or sata power?

try the data first then if that doens't work then try another sata slot in the motherboard and if that doens't work then power
