budget 1080p moniter

hi im looking for a 1080p moniter. i want it to be around 24", and i will be using it for gaming and general productivity. i have a budget of around $250 cad. any suggestions?

My friend brought one last week and so far it's good value. While its not quite 24 (23.6) the colours are good and the response time is only 4ms.
