3 monitors for gaming

Hello. I have a question, I have just ordered an acer x34, and i kind of want 3 monitors for racing(iracing) and sim(fsx). I understand that all monitors have to run the same hertz, but what about resolution and size? Is there any way i can have 2 acer 27" 165hz 2560-1440p on each side of the x34, without getting a weird or stretched out picture? Will the game look natural with 34" in the middle and 27" on each side? Well thats all i wonder about, thanks.
