Weird TV Flickering

Im trying to use my TV as a second monitor for streaming and recording but when i do something on my main monitor the TV flickers. Im thinking it might be my PSU as i am running a system rated to draw 320 watts with 300 watt PSU. Any information will help.

2. Your GPU is not receiving enough power (This is dangerous and may damage your hardware)

Its not 1 or 3 and i am hopefully getting a new PSU for my birthday. Can never trust these prebuilt system PSUs anyways.

Yeah I'd really suggest getting a new power supply. Its likely not even giving 300W because of its efficiency.

I'd generally say "We need full system specs to be helpful," but I think you provided all the necessary information by saying it's a 320W system with a 300W PSU...

 

But, regardless, what are the full specs? What brand? That must be an incredibly negligent company to not put a big enough PSU in a prebuilt- I mean, come on, it's not that hard...
