Windows 8.1 corrupt files problem.

Hi guys lately i have been having problems with my computer and when i tried to play gta 5 online the social club decided to not work. After some time trying to resolve the issues i ran a sfc in the cmd. It came up with this

If it's Windows just reinstall it

Its windows 10, its coming for you. 

All jokes aside id try running Tron script overnight and see if it fixes it.I remember something about it redoing some system image. If it dosent work then backup your data and reinstall windows.

If you boot from the Windows install media, you could either try to replace the OS main files only, or restore from a previous system restore point if you have one. Re-installing Windows ought to be a last consideration unless you're bored & have a lot of time to kill...
