Frame rate problems with Dx11

So I've noticed sense i've gotten my new gtx 760 that I've had a problem where whenever I play a game with dx11 on my frames drop to around 10 FPS and I don't know why I'm having these framerate issues.

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3300mhz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

600 wat PSU

64bit windows 7

Bios2.7

try tinkering with drivers

Try doing a fresh install of nvidia drivers.
