DRIVING ME CRAZY

i have this weird noise in my pc it legit sounds like a console trying to play a game like a scratching sound and it seems to be coming from the cpu 99.9% sure its the cpu. there is not any wires or anything hitting off fans or nothing just this really annoying noise and its not even loud you cant hear it with your head set on. any suggestions

Coil whine?? Usually comes from GPU or power supply.

nope not psu or coil whine from graphics card

 

had coil whine on my graphics card before so i know what that sounds like

okay so when i play games the sound goes away but once i watch a movie or just browse the internet or just leave it on the desktop it starts to make a noise any help?
