OK guys can you help me out with this one? I'm gonna build a new X99 platform system and some things are of most importance.

Just two requirements!

1. AS LITTLE DUST AS POSSIBLE

2. AS LITTLE NOISE AS POSSIBLE

The tricky part :

*Windowed case is a must

*AIO CPU cooler is a must

NOTICE: I don't require an absolute dustless and noiseless system just as little as possible.

In case you're interested in my potential future X99 build :

Spoiler

Intel i7 5820K

Asus X99-PRO

Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz 4x4GB

Evga Supernova G2 750W

GPU = Possibly Pascal one

AIO = quiet and good looking one (Swiftech, Corsair or Deepcool)

Phanteks Evolv ATX

get an rm1000 or rm1000i (fanless mode for wattages like yours)

get a STRIX graphics card, as they have a fanless mode when not gaming.  900 series also have a fanless mode you can enable, but i trust asus for stuff like this more

nepton 240m is basically the quietest aio, and the fans arent bad, but id still do noctua fans

a quiet edition case with a window does not exist

if you want a window more, find something like an h440

silence more, im gonna say the s340 (cause i think its pretty)

for dustless, put filters all over the fans and make must of them intakes.  boom

anything else?

I have nothing against FD R5 but Evolv ATX is more appealing to me. I don't like Cooler Master AIO, maybe to get something else and put Corsair SP fans on it? And for PSU you're thinking on RMi Series? I could go with RM750i then if it's any good vs Evga Supernova G2 750W....

I know that windowed case will leak noise but I'm not going to have a fully closed bigg-*ss can on my table, I like a little bit of eye candy ;)

Corsair fans are not the best in terms of noise, and AIO coolers can get noisy, remember they have a pump.A big air cooler will perform equally while being more silent

Ok, maybe some Noctua or Phanteks ones ? I know that high-end air cooler would probably be a more quiet solution but I'm aiming for clean look and less dust, it does not have to be noiseless, it can't be, just as little noise as possible.
