ok so I'm building a pc and have a ? is the Corsair Hydro H90 Liquid Cooling CPU CoolerCorsair Hydro H90 140mm Liquid CPU Cooling System better than the Corsair Hydro Series H60 120mm Liquid CPU Cooling System  or is there really no diff just its a later gen of the cooler

The H90 is better, as its using a larger 140mm radiator, where as the H60 is using a 120mm one. If you want something better, try getting a dual 120 or 140mm radiator.

 

And please edit your post, its very hard to understand what you are saying.
