V2 is newer..

i have the Grid+ and it seems like they added support to control the fans each individually(might be wrong)

1) V2 is able to control the fans digitally (which both actually can...) NO DIFFRENCE

2) V2

3) V2 is the latest version

4) they both use CAM but v2 is better taken care of / updated (the digital part of controlling)
