Davinci resolve 12 Broken

So This seems to be a ongoing problem that hasn't been solved. Davinci resolve 12 quicktime decoder initialization failed. Davinci resolve 12 quicktime encoder initialization failed. I get both error messages. I have reinstalled Davinci Resolve 12 in both my main c drive and extra drive. I have installed Quick time on the same and different drive. I Uninstalled everything that had to do with apple and reinstalled it. Nothing works. I looked at the forms list on Black Magic and nothing. So Can the LTT Forms list save me. Make it work. Also if it helps i also installed HitFilm 3 Express and it gives the error message that QuickTime is not installed when it is. So It could also be a problem not with just Davinci Resolve but also Quicktime. Thanks
