Computer wont load windows 10

mobo: GA-Z68P-DS3

I went into my mobo wanting to OC my cpu so i wanted to set all the setting to default before starting so i clicked "load optimized defaults" I then restarted my computer and the error "Inaccessible boot device" I then unplugged all other drives other than my ssd with windows 10 on it and that did not work. I took the battery out of the mother board and plugged it back it and that did not work. i updated to the latestest version of the bios using a usb to F9 and that did not work. I tried loading to the fail safe default settings and that did not work. Windows 10 will not load anymore please help!

You need to set the SATA controller to what it was before, it was probably set to AHCI mode before.

i went under INtergrated Peripherals and changed the PCH SATA Control Mode to AHCI and no change

I entered safe mode and updated a ACHI driver and i can open windows now
