If i remove the 2x USB 3.0 connections and the clip on connection for the headphone/mic jacks on the pcb for the s340 case top IO will the power button still work properly if left intact and properly hooked up to the motherboard ?

The USB connections are just screwed in and the headphone and mic jacks are one clip-on connection on a single PCB

I have the case, should be fine, I wouldn't recommend it. Why do you want to remove the connectors anyway?

I would say it's fine. I have never done this before and I don't recommend it but if you really want to you can try I guess.

Unless you're lucky af, Linus or an electrician I don't recommend playing with electronics.

Hah ya i am a licensed electrician actually, now i have never worked on say a PCB, but from what i can tell it just a matter of removing them from the PCB and taking the cables out of the case completely.

What could go wrong if it has no power running to them because the wireing is gone, or are all the different things on the PCB connected by well the PCB

I'd say if you want to go ahead nothing is stopping you apart from yourself. Everything should be fine just be careful of the PCB, maybe tape the wires to the top of the case and don't damage them.
