PC Restarts On shutdown

My PC restarts on shutdown i've tried many things to fix like disabling auto restart if theres a system failure didn't work, i didn't have this problem with my i7 2600 but since i've upgraded to i5 4690k and new MB asus z97-k (2701 bios version) it won't shutdown I've tired different windows versions i had 7 on it 8.1 and 10 same problem i know the power on the MB must be the right way also because it didn't boot the other way around anyone got anything i can try?

Are there any buttons on your motherboard that might do this? For example my Motherboard has an OC Genie, Reset and Power button.

I believe that's an issue with the CX series of power supplies? I need some more people to help me out on this.

i guess i'll get a new psu and see if that'll fix it wanted a new one anyway
