Pi 2 vs Pine 64+?

Was browsing around and found the "Pine 64" on kickstater, it seem to be trying to beat the Raspberry Pi in everyway possible. With half the cost and with better specs, I'm starting to wonder if the Pi 2 is really worth buying now? 

 

What do you guys think and what one would you buy? I'm now leaning towards the Pine, but not sure if it will have any emulation software available.

I'm personally going to make it into a emulator for retro games, but just seeing what other people think of the two.
