Looking for new fm2/fm2+ motherboard

So my motherboard recently passed away and I'm looking to replace it. I need a good low budget friendly fm2/fm2+ motherboard, so far the best I've found is this one by Gigabyte.

If you guys have any other recommendations for around the same price then feel free to throw them at me.

It's only a couple dollars more so I would say it's within budget. May I ask what's exactly different about this one compared to the other? They look identical on the surface.

A88X is top-end chipset for the FM2+ socket, so basically it means that it has better overclocking capabilities, more USB 3.0/SATA 3 ports etc.
