Drawing Tablet Questions

I've just received my drawing tablet and I was wondering what drawing software can do the ff and how I can:

 

1. Automatically redraw rectangle (basically any shape) after I drew it (since when I draw on paint, my shapes look a little off).

2. When I write letters, it changes the format suitable to my liking (I have a software right now that when I write something, it automatically changes the format, so far it has 99% accuracy but was wondering if such a feature exist on drawing software).

3. Straighten the line when I'm drawing one.

 

I plan to use this to make mockup designs on my applications.
