alright i am a first time builder and i am having a problem,my system wont boot.i have checked all cables but might have forgotten one,IDK, i have a maximus vi extreme,msi r9 390,two 8 gb sitcks of g skill sniper ram,and a 4690k.the system turnes on but no display and the code on the mothereboard says 00, all the fans spin but no boot,could anyone help me please?

does it just spin up then turn back off immediately?

try starting it with only one stick of ram.

doublecheck EVERY cable

reseat ram?

clear cmos?
