Back-ups

What I have: 2 SSD's (one 128GB and one 120GB) and 2 HDD's (one 2TB and one 1TB)

What I'd like to do: I'd like to backup certain files (or drives) to my one backup HDD (the 1TB hdd), but not have to drag the individual files over and say "Copy" or have windows tell me that "This destination already has a file named xxx: replace, skip or compare".

I'd like to be able to set files like my Steam to backup monthly, but not have to deal with double of the same files. Is there a way i can setup a backup system like this - where it just backs up the changed/new files from the last months backups?

There is a programming that does automatic backups depending on how you set it up. I forget the name, but google should help.

I'd look into Macrium Reflect Free Edition. It should handle what you would like to do. There are other various backup utilities, but I really like Macrium.
