Devices don't connect for software use

So I just built my computer and none of my peripherals are working properly. None of them are detected by their software and my mouse's scroll wheel doesn't work at all. My Logitech G35 headset, Steelseries Rival mouse, and Corsair K70 RGB keyboard aren't detected by their software but they are working. Ideas? Or should I just call support.
