I ran into a problem recently where my computer starts artifacting like crazy... Black and white lines go all through my screen if I have my computer on for multiple hours at a time. I know it is not my graphics card that is the problem because I have tried three seperate graphics cards and all three of them have the same issue. I have also reinstalled Windows. It seems to be worse if there is any program running, like chrome, or video is playing back. It goes away immediately if I restart my computer which is odd. Here is a video of what is happening

Might want to change display cables if possible, try another monitor or even different ports on the monitors you have

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools - Douglas Adams

It's not the monitors or cables, it does it with my acer monitor that isn't shown in the video, plus it does it over display port, hdmi, and dvi.
