Problem with pixelated lod

My system i5 4460 gtx 970 msi,8 gb ram,650xfx psu.I am using latest drivers.

Is it something wrong with my gpu or just Ubiosoft op?

Very hard to say that it is a GPU defect, but there is certainly something wrong over here.

Might be some setting that controls it in the Nvidia control panel

I notice the pixelated LODs in FC4 and not Syndicate. That just looks like it has pop ins.

Yep not suppose to happen.

As dan suggested try fix it using the settings on the control panel.

I would think that it is something with view distance or whatnot.

If that doesn't help then rma the card, that looks terrible and may be some sort of memory leak.
