Whenever i boot up my PC into Windows 10, it auto launches Steam, but from when it auto launches it, to when i run a game, its really slow and tends to not respond, but as soon as i start a game, it breaks entirely and stops responding to the point of sometimes needing to restart the system.

I've reinstalled steam without deleting my games yesterday, and everything worked fine and it did not give me the "Not Responding" BS it usually does, until the next day.

Once, Twice or maybe even three times a day, i see a CMD flash onto the screen for barely a second before it auto closes. What could this be? I thought to google it and it came up with it being anti-malware programs for others, and the only thing that can evens remotely be doing it for me would be ZoneAlarm.

Could somebody help in clearing up these two issues? Are they related? They often happen not too far from each other too

But something is definitely wrong, Have you installed any 3rd party programs that you did no research on because they could be launching trojan nukes on your pc as we speak

Only thing like that could be Spybot: Anti Beacon which i disabled (and uninstalled a minute before i read your comment), which i gained information about in a Barnacules video to stop atleast some of the Microsoft features. It hasnt been doing much since i disabled all its features, other than take up space on my drive

Keep it uninstalled for a bit and check processes that are running as soon as you boot in task manager. Take a photo of it and research each process to see what program it is tied too.
