AHCI or RAID

Thinking of getting more space for my

desktop(1TB HDD, 3TB HDD and 250GB SSS)

In the bios settings, is it AHCI or RAID i should choose? Thank you.

AHCI, unless your raiding two or more drives together.

Actually both settings should work just fine. Even though the AHCI is the recommend one unless you are doing hardware RAID from the motherboard controller, AHCI and RAID are almost identical on the Intel controller with the difference that the RAID settings actually allows RAID arrays. 
I would still leave it on AHCI. :)
