Getting low performance/3d mark scores

So I just put this together less than a month ago, so I'm really confused on where I'm going wrong, considering my numbers aren't even meeting up with the Scrapyard Wars numbers from Season 1 and my hardware should be much better than anything they had.

ASRock  Fatal1ty z97 Killer Mobo

8 Gig (2x4) Kingston DDR3-1600 RAM

MSI Radeon R9 380 Armor 2x

Solid Gear 750 Watt Power Supply

Sandisk SSD Plus 120 GB

 

I've already ran AVG PC Tuneup, and I don't know what else I can do. GPU was ran at stock speed with the latest Crimson Drivers.

What's wrong with your CPU score? You should get around 10k physics score with that proc.

Make sure you're not using Power Saving power option and your CPU is boosting like it should.

 

Your graphic score is correct though.

From the graph on the picture your i7-4790 seems to be running extremely hot..making it thermal throttle..

 

Do you have adequate cooling for the CPU?

Because that seems to be the problem
