Question about the setup in S340

Hey guys,

I wanna switch to watercooling in january but i dont know which kind of setup i wanna run.

I was thinking of the following 2

Option1:

Does anyone have a clue what setup i should run ?

The first one is better imo, the second one will stuck in warm air from the graphics card and even though there's a dust filter more dust will be sucked in from the dust that settles on top.
