PSU fan loud...sometimes.

I have the EVGA 600B.  I have had no issues with it, and it continues to work fine.  Sometimes the fan does making a whirring sound, but I can usually fix it by turning it off, then back on (or giving my tower a light hit). 

 

I do not think there is anything wrong with it, maybe the fans bearings need to be oiled or something, but I just wanted someone else's input on the subject.
