Monitors flashing when booting

Hey guys, so when I tried to boot up my PC after shutting it down, my three screens suddenly started flashing like crazy, IDK what happened, but this happened recently once before, I fixed it by rebooting several times and then just leaving it turned off for about an hour. Note, this happened AFTER the motherboard bios message came up.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated

 

PC specs:

 

i5-4690k stock speed

hyper 212 evo

MSI Z97S mobo

EVGA 970 FTW

s340

windows 10
