another installation is in progress

Hi i am trying to install software on my pc but I can't install it because windows says is is already installing something else. It says "another installation is in progress" while is isnt installing anything.

Reboot, try again...

DISPLAYS: LG 27UL500 IPS 4k60hz + HDR and LG 27GL650F IPS 1080p 144hz + HDR

If you are inserting/installing from a disc and then opening the installer through Windows Explorer, then it's possible you're jumping the gun. If Windows is trying to auto-run the install.exe and you tell it to run another instance of the install.exe then it's getting hung up on which one to use and give you the error. I would suggest remove the CD, do a reboot, give it a couple minutes to settle once you get to the desktop, insert the cd, and then give it a couple minutes to see if it auto-loads the executable.

I also dont use a cd, i downloaded a installer from google and if i try to run it it works but when i try to install the PROGRAM is says is is already installing something else.
