So a few days ago youtube stopped loading any of the CSS and JS, leading to nothing but and HTML skelton loading and me being unable to watch videos. I've done some troubleshooting and it seems that i have a certificate issue with s.ytimg.com. Is there any way to refresh the certificate?

Export any favorites you want to keep and use Revo uninstaller to completely remove Chrome. Make sure you use the advanced setting with thorough removal of files. Reboot, Re-install Chrome and test........ This usally takes care of the cert issue.

Did I help you to fix your problem or at least did offer somewhat valuable advice? Consider giving my post a "informative" or "thumbs up".
