I wouldn't pay more than 350USD for it.  That's 42000JPY.  You might be able to squeeze 48000JPY out of it.  I'd sell it on a Japanese Ebay or Craigslist if you have one.

In New Zealand, because of the market here and the fact it is used I would probably pay anywhere from 64826.20 Japanese Yen to 72906.18 Japanese Yen. You'll have to find somewhere to sell it yourself as I don't speak Japanese (although I wish I could).

So heres what i've come up with, keep in mind that im using usd to jpy from google, so who knows if its a correct conversion. Based on newegg prices and what you have provided there is roughly $703usd or 84,633 jpy according to google. BUT thats if everything is new, your pc isn't new. You may see it as it is 4 months old but in fact you've used hardware thats pretty old. Its still a capable pc but keep in mind when people buy pcs they want something that will be kinda close to updated.

 

many parts are pretty old and even your motherboard is discontinued as well as other parts, the corsair cx430 is a crap power supply, it is a budget pc and its easily shown. I would ask around half the hardware price. So somewhere around 330 to 400 usd max. so around 39,700 to 48,100 jpy. Its harsh i know but people like to have high quality and what you have is a budget pc that is pretty old in terms of hardware. You will never get what you have into it and that accounts for everyone that buys/builds pcs, especially high end ones.
