h77 over b75?

I'm looking to build a computer for my mom as a workstation. 

However, I want to do it the cheapest way. The only reason Id get h77 would be the integrated intel raid functionality (I will be using RAID 1 for backup- so 1 120gb ssd + 2x1TB HDD in RAID 1). Can't i just use virtual raid through windows instead? 

Do you think it is worth buying h77 over b75 for the raid feature? Thanks (I will be using a i3 or i5 with this build prob.)

Unless your mum is planning on running RAID in the very near future don't worry about it.
