R9 270 PPD

Just started back with folding, and my R9 270 is returning some... interesting? results. The PPD of my MSI R9 270 Gaming 2GB card is 1677- it seems a bit slow- is it normal, given my CPU is pulling 8123. 
 

GPU usage is at a solid 98%, with a 1050MHz core clock, 1500MHz memory clock, and running at a safe 55 degrees.

Just wait like it get around 4 to 6% for a good measurement.
