PC Flickering on boot

I have no idea what's going on. I recently got a brandnew 970 (second one, 1st one was a defect.) so I don't think that's the problem.

 

Everything is working fine after Windows 10 starts. 

 

specs;

 

- Sabertooth z77

- SSD Samsung Pro

- Intel i7 3700k

- GTX 970 MSI

- PSU 750W (forgot the brand)

 

I recorded it for your information.

 

 

EDIT: copy from eventviewer - Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

For now I am going to update or re-install GPU drivers.
