I'm planning on building a new PC to replace my current one but I'm not sure wether or not if the parts I'm using would be good or bad

Note: I'm making this as cheap as possible but with enough performance to give me a play for a few years or more.

Specifications:

Intel Pentium G3258

Asus H81M-E

Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB

Corsair CX430M

Corsair Carbide 100R

WD Blue 1TB

Zotac GeForce GTX 950 AMP

Windows 7

Though the system is fine I would be very thankful for recommendations for some parts like the GPU or the Monitor...

I know it's more expensive but get the R9 380 or GTX 960 (I recommend the 390 though, it's better, but go with whatever is cheapest.)

EDIT: You'll be able to play newer games many years later with these cards compared to a 950 or equivalent.

Yeah I think your right.. maybe I should go with the GTX 960 I choose it cuz some games I play is not compatible with the AMD Drivers.. I know this cuz I'm using one but yeah thanks ^w^

I don't understand, if a game Is compatible with gpu a it's compatible with gpu b, maybe you just have a really old AMD card.

Not possible - every game is compatible with any modern Nvidia or AMD card - unless you have a card from pre-2009 it's not likely the game is the issue.

I'm staying with the G3258 cause it has more single core performance and dual core is fine for me ;P

The pentium has a reputation for stuttering in modern triple A titles. just a heads-up.

It would be much of a probs I think cause I'm planning on buying a cooler soon... so maybe I'm overclocking it Linus has a guide =w=

OC on the pentium is a must really :D

it stutters since it's a daul core - games like GTA V, Far Cry 4 and Witcher 3 prefer quad cores or dual cores with hyperthreading. If you have no intention of upgrading then the 860K is a much better option.

You think so? ok but I'm buying the one that's cheaper... well in my country that is ;P

380 or 960 - get the cheaper one. 380 is ahead by about 8-10% usually.

Planning on GTA 5 soon but L4D2 with tons and tons of mods.... mostly graphics... and hd textures.. my pc current pc cant handle it xD

Hmm - in that case the Athlon 860K WILL be a better bet - for GTA V at least.

380 4GB version is a good option for modding games - mods ten to shred VRAM and sadly the 960 has a very, very narrow 128-bit buss which is the bottleneck there - even the 4GB versions can't really make use of more than 2-2.5 GB of the memory.
