Hello again..

i think i just messed up...

I have an AKG PTS 450 presenter kit, which is bascially a wireless lav. microphone that has a receiver. Basically, I messed up the receiver. It says it only accepts 12v 500mA DC input, and It had a really similar connector to some other device I use.

So, Instead of using its actual power supply that came with it, I used my 12v 2A AC power supply. It fitted perfectly, so I didnt even think that I messed up.

Then , I tried to turn it on. No signal, anything. Then I realised I have put the wrong power supply (I put an AC power supply on a DC device).

Now, what can I do? The device is completely dead, it wont open when I try to use the normal power supply.

Please help me, it was a kinda expensive kit and its no longer in warranty

Thanks in advance.

PS: Yeah, im stupid..
