Windows 10 Install freezes

Intel i7 4790k

GTX980

Asus Z97/A Motherboard

Corsair HX850i PSU

 

Finally finished this build and got it to post, but now my Windows 10 install crashes whenever I get to the screen to input the activation key. It happens on both the DVD and a bootable USB.

 

Any suggestions?
