Problem with Roccat mouse drivers

Hey,

so I bought myself a roccat Kone XTD laser mouse two weeks ago, because there was a 1 day special offer, so I would have been stupid if I wouldn't have bought it, because I was using a Microsoft mouse for 3 months already cuz my sh*tty Razer died. So I installed the drivers and updated the mouse's firmware. Everything works perfectly fine, changing key settings, colour settings, etc. However, when I connect the mouse to my laptop and use the drivers, none of the settings are being applied on the mouse, neither the colour settings nor the different DPI settings, at this point I dont know why this is the case, it probably has to do something with the fact that the settings are being stored on the mouse too. Its not a big deal, but its still problematic when I cant change the settings. 

Do you know how this can be fixed, or do  I need to wait for a firmware update that will hopefully fix this?
