PC restarts error log 219

So my pc restarts every so often and i don't know why all i know is that i have this error in the windows event viewer

it is wierd becouse it worked ok for 1 year and than it just started doing this PLS HELP i need help fast i am on a LAN party and i can't play RIP

and i also can't find anithing usfull on the internet so yah that's hard
