"Update for Windows 10 (KB3081704)" Failing every time

Does anyone else here have this problem? This specific update just refuses to install (KB3081704) It has been like this for a month now and it still hasn't installed. I have seen many other people with this problem.

i have a similar issue but a different error code. my windows update wont install the critical update for windows 10
