Arduino pro mini headers

I am new to using the arduino but today i got an arduino pro mini.  It doesn't have headers, so i thought that i could buy these, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11894 , and solder them to the pin holes.  if there is a better way to get headers, let me know, if not, will this work?

I can help with programming and hardware.
