Info needed on BitcoinXT

I was looking for some information on the "new bitcoin" aka BitcoinXT.

 

Will it still run on the SHA-256 Algorithm? 

Will it be any more profitable than normal bitcoin?

Will places  that accept Bitcoin accept BitcoinXT?
